Privacy policy

DivineConduit369 collects only what it needs to deliver your readings, courses and downloads, and never sells what you share in a reading.

What I collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address and, for live readings, the phone number or WhatsApp contact you use for the session.
  • Order details: what you bought, when, and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by the payment processor; I never see or store your full card number.
  • What you share for a reading: your question and any background you choose to send.
  • Site usage: device, browser and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies by Shopify.

How I use it

  • To deliver your reading, course or download, and to contact you about it.
  • To send emails you signed up for, such as the course waitlist. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

What you share in a reading stays private

Your questions, the details you share and your reading recordings are kept confidential. I don't share them, post them or use them as examples without your written permission.

Who else sees your information

  • Shopify hosts this site and processes orders and payments. Shopify's own use of data is covered by the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
  • FaceTime or WhatsApp, if you book a live reading, under those services' own privacy terms.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

I don't sell your personal information. Shopify may use site data for personalized advertising; you can opt out on the Your Privacy Choices page.

Age

This site and its services are for adults 18 and older. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How long I keep it

I keep order records as long as tax and legal rules require. You can ask me to delete your reading questions and recordings at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email me to make a request; I may need to confirm your identity first. You can also use the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll post the new version here and update the date above.
