These terms cover your use of the Divine Conduit website and any reading, course or digital download you buy. By booking or buying, you agree to them.

1. Who runs this site

Divine Conduit is a tarot reading business run by Sam (DivineConduit369), based in Atlanta, Georgia.

2. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to book a reading, buy a course or buy a digital download.

3. Readings are for guidance

Tarot readings are for spiritual guidance and entertainment. They show patterns and possibilities, not guaranteed outcomes. A reading is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. You're responsible for the decisions you make after a reading.

4. How readings work

  • Recorded readings are recorded and sent to the email on your order within 7 days of booking.
  • Live readings take place over FaceTime or WhatsApp at a time we agree on. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Please send your question and any details I ask for. A reading can only be as clear as the question it answers.

5. Respect

I may decline or end a reading if a client is abusive or asks for something I don't offer, including readings about third parties' private medical matters or harm to others. If I end a reading before it's delivered, you'll get a full refund.

6. Payment and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change, but the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely at checkout, and I never see or store your full card details.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Digital downloads and courses

Downloads and course materials are for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell or share them.

9. Your recordings

Recorded readings are for you. Please don't post them publicly or sell them without my permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Divine Conduit isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site or its services. My total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the reading or product in question.

11. Changes

I may update these terms. The version posted when you placed your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
