Refund policy

You can cancel any reading for a full refund until I start it. Once a reading has started, it's final.

Readings

• Recorded readings: cancel any time before I begin recording for a full refund. Once recording has started, the reading can't be refunded.
• Live readings (FaceTime or WhatsApp): cancel any time before the session starts for a full refund. To move a session instead, give at least 24 hours' notice and we'll pick a new time.
• Missed live sessions: if you don't join within 15 minutes of the start time and haven't contacted me, the session counts as delivered and isn't refunded.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads can be refunded only if you haven't downloaded the file yet. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final.

Weekly Energy Check-In (monthly)

• One month: you can cancel for a full refund before your first check-in is sent. After that, the month is final.
• Auto-renew: your plan renews and is charged $50 each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account or by replying to any order email, and you won't be charged again. Months already paid for aren't refunded once that month's first check-in has been sent.

If I can't deliver

If I can't complete your reading within 7 days of booking, or I need to cancel a live session, you'll get a full refund or a new time, whichever you prefer.

How to request a refund

Email divineconduit369@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it.
